MANILA, Philippines – The hotel arm of publicly-listed 8990 Holdings Inc., one of the fastest growing property developers in the country, has launched the second in a planned nationwide chain of serviced residences at the world-famous Boracay Island.
Azalea Boracay, the island resort’s first four-star serviced apartments, is expected to replicate the success of Azalea in Baguio City and start off a string of similar developments in Cebu, Davao and Angeles City.
Designed with families and large groups in mind, the hotel offers 285 all-suite rooms, with a choice of one, two, or three-bedroom units complete with full kitchen amenities, separate dining and living areas, generously spaced at 30 to 75 square meters.
While conveniently located steps away from the world-famous beach, the hotel will also feature two rooftop pools: an infinity pool for adults and a wading pool for kids.
To be among the first to experience Azalea Boracay’s signature touch, the hotel is offering a pre-opening sale until June 30, 2015, allowing guests to stay in a deluxe room starting at P4,500 a night from June 1 to Dec. 15, 2015 (except during peak dates and long weekends).
